The Ladies Section is a small but friendly group of ladies. We play our ladies competitions on Sundays – usually at 12.30. The ladies are also welcome to play in Club competitions which are open open to both ladies and gentlemen. These are usually played on Saturdays and Sundays, but during the summer months a mid-week league is run.
Ladies aged 55 and over are welcomed by the Seniors section, who play shotgun start roll-up competitions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
Each year the ladies enter a team in the MWCGA league, and also have the opportunity to play a range of venues in the MWCGA individual and team competitions.
Our membership covers a wide range of handicaps. Recently the ladies section have run New2Golf sessions to encourage new ladies to take up the game. These have been enjoyed and have resulted in our membership growing.
